How does it work?
First time?

Download the MugiBIKE app for free at the App Store or Play Store.2
Create your personal account and add your bank card.

To start a ride using the app
Your bike will always be at the end of the row

Scan the QR code on the bike handlebars. Your banking app may request a €25 pre‑authorisation at this stage; this will not be charged by MugiBIKE.2
The bike unlocks. When you hear the beep, press on the left brake to gently release the bike from the station.

A few tips for your trips

Keep your eyes on the road and respect all road safety rules.2
Enter an address in the app to use the GPS directions.3
Use the pause feature in the app for a quick stop. (The counter keeps ticking!)
Ending your rental

Always return your bike at the end of the row to the left of the station (or the dock if the stations is empty).2
A double beep indicates the bike has been returned properly.3

Pay as you go*
- €0.99 the first 30 minutes
- 31 to 120 minutes: €0.04/min
- 121 to 240 minutes: €0.05/min
- 241 minutes to 12 hours: €18
